My Mount Rushmore of Whiskey Cocktails

In this video I share my Mount Rushmore of whiskey cocktails. There is no spirit that I love quite as much as whiskey and it's safe to say I use it in most cocktails. My choices may not come as a surprise to many but it was fun making and sharing them with you. Cheers!

OLD FASHIONED

2 oz Bourbon

1 Bar Spoon Demerara Syrup (or 1 Cube)

3-4 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

Stir and serve on the rocks

Garnish w/Orange Peel & Cocktail Cherry


MANHATTAN

2 oz Rye

1 oz Sweet Vermouth

2 Dashes Orange Bitters

Stir and serve up

Garnish w/Cocktail Cherry

RUSTY NAIL

1.5 oz Scotch

.5 oz Drambuie

Stir and serve on the rocks

Garnish w/ Lemon Twist

WHISKEY SOUR

2 oz Bourbon

.75 oz Lemon Juice

.50 oz Simple Syrup

1 Egg White

Shake and serve up

Garnish w/3 Drops of Aromatic Bitters
